By virtue of her education and extensive North American travels, Michelle brings current and diverse trends and techniques which enhance your experience.
She is enthusiastically committed to wellness and rejuvenation, and each day provides rewarding encounters which harmonize your spirit with the world around us.
Michelle studied Structural Integration under Tom Myers in Walpole, Maine.
Structural Integration is a discipline which explores the ways you use and experience your body, and how you may change unwanted patterns. Through her education, awareness and therapeutic touch, Michelle can release these painful, stressful patterns of tension for you.
